Upcoming Virtual Meetings
The club are pleased to announce three online meetings via zoom over the coming weeks.
Meet the Manager Tuesday 13th April at 1930
First up, in association with the Wealdstone FC Supporters Club, is your chance to speak to the newly appointed management duo of Stuart Maynard and Matt Saunders about all things football. The season so far, the effect that the pandemic has had plus their plans for next season. Invitations will be emailed out to those on both WFC and WFCSC mailing list by Monday 12th April at the latest. If you have a question and you are either attending or not please email firstname.lastname@example.org with it and if in attendance we will endeavour to invite you to ask it in person.
Meet the Chairman Monday 19th April at 1930
Chairman Rory Fitzgerald will be taking your questions around the off the field activities at the club. From the challenges faced throughout the season to groundworks and funding a club at a time when fans are not able to watch live football. Again invites will be emailed out before the date and if you do have any questions please email email@example.com and we will endeavour to invite you to ask it live.
Shareholder Meeting 29th April at 1930
We are taking advice on the options to hold the required EGM during restrictions on current gatherings and the process to obtain votes electronically or by post. In advance of the scheduled EGM we are holding a shareholder only call on Thursday 29th April to run through the proposed resolutions, the accounts to 31 May 2020 and the loan offer from the DCMS. This will enable shareholders to receive the required information and ask questions ahead of voting.
Given the nature of the meeting attendees will be limited to shareholders only and invited through the shareholding email address list. If you have changed your email address or do not receive an invite then please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We look forward to seeing all of you, albeit virtually, over the coming meetings and look forward to welcoming you all back to The Vale in person when it is safe to do so.
