Stones drawn away to Northwood in Middlesex Charity Cup

Wealdstone have been drawn away to Northwood in the 2nd Round of the Middlesex FA Senior Charity Cup.

To avoid any potential FIFA World Cup fixture clashes the game has been scheduled for Monday 12th December at 7:45PM Kick Off at Northwood's The Skyline Stadium.

The Stones last met Northwood competitively back in 2010 in the Middlesex Senior Cup, with the Stones winning 1-0 through a Kieron Forbes goal at Grosvenor Vale.

Northwood were of course Wealdstone's landlords between 2005 and 2008, and the Stones also won the Isthmian Third Division at the ground back in 1997.

A late defeat at Bedfont & Feltham saw a youthful 10-man Stones eliminated at the first hurdle in last season's competition.
