STAFF NEWS | Jackett appointed Chief Scout

Wealdstone have appointed Ryan Jackett as the club's new Chief Scout and Analyst for the upcoming 2022/23 National League season.

Jackett has experience at Kings Langley where he had a brief spell as Interim Manager in 2019 before further roles as Coach and Assistant Manager at the Hertfordshire club.

Son of football manager Kenny, he also has coaching experience with both Watford and Stevenage.

Speaking on the newest addition to his management team, Stones boss Stuart Maynard had this to say: "We're delighted to welcome Ryan on board with us. With the National League becoming increasingly more like an extension of the EFL, he's somebody that we've identified and wanted to get on board when the moment was right.

"We need to keep making these small steps to become more professional and to help us consolidate and thrive within this league.

"As a management team and a club we don't want to stand still, so this is another small step in the right direction in creating something with longevity at this football club. Ryan is young, hungry and has good experience so we're delighted to get him on board."

All at at the club are delighted to welcome Ryan to the Stones.
