Mundle-Smith signs new deal

Defender Jaydn Mundle-Smith has signed a new contract with the club keeping him at The Vale until the end of next season.

Since joining the Stones as a free agent back in October, the 22-year old defender has made 19 appearances, scoring twice, memorably in the 3-1 win over local rivals Barnet.

The former Fulham left-back spoke about his new deal after yesterday's 3-2 win over Weymouth and said: "It's been good here and I'm happy to get it over the line and now hopefully have more to come from me."

"My aim now is to play as many games as possible and contribute more to the team whether that be goals, assists or clean sheets."

The club look forward to seeing Jaydn around the place a little while longer!
