Josh manages training with the first team alongside coaching the women’s team at Brunel University and studying full-time himself.

The Opposition
Recent form: LWLLD
League Position: 16th
The Ambers have spent much of their recent history in the seventh tier of English football. They won the playoff of the Isthmian League Premier Division in 2022 after two strong, but Covid-affected campaigns. However, their stay in the National League South lasted for just one season as they finished in 23rd place and were relegated.
The last two and-a-half seasons have been similarly poor from the Ambers, finishing just one place away from relegation upon their return to step three of non-league football and in 15th place last season.
Currently, the Ambers are in the midst of a very tight pack in mid-table, sitting just three points away from relegation, but also three points away from the top half.
The manager - Mel Gwinnett: The Stones’ opponents on Saturday are led by the experienced Mel Gwinnett.
The 62-year-old spent a considerable amount of time coaching in the EFL with the likes of Exeter City, Stevenage and Milton Keynes Dons.
After a spell at Barnet, he was appointed as Head of Football Operations and First Team Manager at National League South side Hampton and Richmond Borough.
Under his management, the Beavers went on a club-record unbeaten run whilst also finishing just one point off the playoffs and having a good run in the FA Trophy during the 2023/24 season.
Gwinnett will be a very familiar face to Sam Cox, as the duo worked together at Oxford United.
The danger man - Sam Granville: The visitors’ biggest threat is central midfielder Sam Granville.
The London-born man came through the youth ranks of local rivals Barnet, making 12 appearances and scoring one goal for the Bees before leaving the club at the end of the 2023/24 season.
He spent the final year of his time at Barnet on loan with Cheshunt, which has been his permanent home for the last 18 months.
This season, Granville has scored seven goals from midfield and is a regular starter due to the box-to-box ability he provides in the centre of the pitch.
The 22-year-old has scored three times in the Ambers’ last four games, all of these goals coming from the penalty spot.
