TICKET UPDATE: SEATING PRICES AND STAND ACCESS

We would like to inform supporters of important updates to seating ticket arrangements and pricing which take effect immediately.

Last season, we introduced allocated seating for home supporters in the Ruislip Windows and Doors Stand, offering reserved seats at no additional cost. However, this has led to a significant number of fans purchasing standing tickets and then transferring into the seated stand on matchdays. Given the limited capacity and the fact that nearly half of the seats are now held by season ticket holders, this practice has become unsustainable.

To ensure a fair and safe matchday experience, only supporters with a valid seating ticket for the Ruislip Windows and Doors Stand will be permitted entry into that stand.

• No transfers with standing tickets into the seated stand will be allowed.

• A £2 seating surcharge will now apply to all home supporters purchasing a seat in the Ruislip Windows and Doors Stand. This does not apply to season ticket holders who have already purchased their seat in advance.

• Stewards will be positioned in the stand to check tickets, manage access and ensure compliance.

• Please note that seating tickets can ONLY be purchased online. We are unable to sell seating tickets from the Ticket Office at The Vale or on the gates.

We have also introduced allocated seating for away supporters in the Modu Stand. This change comes with a £2 surcharge on seating tickets.

• Away fans wishing to sit must purchase a seating ticket in advance and use their allocated seat.

• As with the home stand, no transfers into the Modu Stand will be permitted without the appropriate ticket.

• Please note that seating tickets can ONLY be purchased online. We are unable to sell seating tickets from the Ticket Office at The Vale or on the gates.
  

In summary:

• Home seating: allocated seats remain in place with a £2 surcharge; only those with a seating ticket may access the Ruislip Windows and Doors Stand. There is no extra charge for season ticket holders in the Ruislip Windows and Doors Stand, they are unaffected.

• Away seating: newly introduced allocated seats in the Modu Stand with a £2 surcharge.

• Stewards will be present in both stands to check tickets, manage access and maintain matchday safety.

• Seating tickets for home fans and away fans must be purchased online.
