Wealdstone return to Vanarama National League action on Saturday hosting York City who will be visiting Grosvenor Vale for the first time.

The Stones will be looking to bounce back from both last weekend’s 3-1 reversal at high-flying Wrexham and the disappointment of that last-minute Romeo Beckham goal on Tuesday which resulted in defeat to Brentford B in the Middlesex Senior Cup.

Meanwhile, it's the Minstermen’s first league game in 11 days following the 3-2 loss to Solihull Moors however, confidence will be high as York booked their place in the Quarter Finals of the Isuzu FA Trophy after a 2-0 win at Southend United.

Here is a quick matchday guide as to what to expect….

Entry Info

Turnstiles will open at 1:45PM and we kindly ask all supporters – home and away – to arrive early to ensure you are in the ground in plenty of time for the 3PM Kick Off.

This match will be segregated with York supporters allocated the MODU stand for seating and the Shots stand for standing. York supporters must use the away turnstiles which are clearly signposted at the entrance to Grosvenor Vale.

The Vale Social Club within The Grosvenor Vale Stadium Complex will be open to both Wealdstone and York supporters pre match all of whom are invited to sample some of the fine beverages on sale all at competitive prices.

There are no restrictions on entry to The Vale but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The bar will be open from midday with Aston Villa vs Arsenal to be shown live on the big screen.

Post-match the Vale will remain open but to Wealdstone supporters only with the Man of the Match award to be presented in the Main Hall at around 5:15PM and Newcastle United vs Liverpool shown live on the TVs.

Food & Refreshments

A full food menu provided by our award-winning match day caterers DDs is available to all supporters and a wide range of options are offered. You can find the menu below:

Tickets for Schools initiative

There will again be a family feel at the Stadium as we continue our “Tickets for Schools” Initiative, and we will be welcoming 200 pupils and parents from St Teresa’s in Harrow. The scheme is designed to engage youngsters with football and provides free tickets to local school children to come and see elite sport in action.

Tickets for Ukrainian refugees

Following the recent announcement of our partnership with Hillingdon Council to provide free tickets to displaced Ukrainian families living in the borough we will also be welcoming the first recipients of tickets and we know both sets of fans will make the families welcome and enjoy the experience.

Tickets will be available to purchase at the turnstiles for both Wealdstone and York City fans and both cash and credit cards are accepted. However, a large attendance is expected so we encourage all fans to purchase online in advance to minimise queuing time at the turnstile.

The award winning matchday programme will be available to purchase at the entrance to Grosvenor Vale site and at various points outside the stadium and the club shop will be open.

Car Parking & Public Transport

Parking is street only or at various public car parks nearby, we encourage all fans to travel to the game by public transport.

Grosvenor Vale has great access to local railway and underground stations: Ruislip and Ruislip Manor are both on the Metropolitan Line and Piccadilly Line; whilst West Ruislip and Ruislip Gardens are on the Central Line. West Ruislip is also on the Chiltern Main line out of London Marylebone. Ruislip station & Ruislip Manor are just over 5 minute walk away from Grosvenor Vale, while Ruislip Gardens is around a 10 minute walk.
