Supporter info for Boxing Day's home match

It will be exactly one month since our last home game, the convincing 3-1 victory over Scunthorpe United, and a bumper Boxing Day crowd is expected to welcome Stuart and the team back to The Vale for the match against Maidenhead United.

Wealdstone sit just three points of the playoff places and with Maidenhead only two points behind. Both teams will view this as a real opportunity to jump into the play-off mix so another exciting encounter is expected.

Matchday Information

Turnstiles will open at 2.00PM and we kindly ask all supporters – home and away – to arrive early to ensure you are in the ground in plenty of time for the 3pm kick off. The match is unsegregated with Maidenhead fans more than welcome to use the Vale Social Club before and after the match. We do ask that Maidenhead supporters enter the stadium via away turnstiles still, in order to ease queuing at the home turnstiles.

Player of the Month presentation

There will be a special on pitch presentation at 2:40PM to present club captain Jack Cook with the Vanarama National League Player of the Month award and to allow supporters to show their appreciation of the tremendous performances that have led to Jack receiving the award.

Social Club

The Vale social club within Grosvenor Vale will be open to both Wealdstone and Maidenhead supporters, all of whom are invited to sample some of the fine beverages on sale. The bar will be open from midday and with the return of the Premier League on the screens; Brentford vs Tottenham Hotspur will be shown live on the big screens at 12.30PM.

Post match, the Vale will remain open with the Man of the Match award to be presented around 5PM with Aston Villa vs Liverpool on the big screens from 5.30PM.

Food

A full food menu provided by our award winning match day caterers DD's is available to and a wide range of options are offered below:

Turnstile info

Tickets will be available to purchase at the turnstiles for both Wealdstone and Maidenhhead fans and both cash and credit cards are accepted. However, we encourage all fans to purchase online in advance to minimise queuing time at the turnstiles.

Matchday Programme

The award winning matchday programme will be available to purchase at the Entrance to the Grosvenor Vale site and at various points outside the stadium and the club shop will be open.

Important parking update

Parking is street only or at various public car parks nearby, we encourage all fans to travel to the game by public transport. On-field parking at The Vale remains closed for the winter.

Following continual problems with unauthorised cars entering the site in the build up to matches more rigorous parking controls are being introduced.

Access to Grosvenor Vale will now be managed by APA security and access will be limited to those vehicles who have been given prior authorisation by the clubs General Manager.

Any vehicle attempting to gain access to the site who has not had prior authorisation will be turned away.

The entrance to Grosvenor Vale must not be used as a drop off or pick area and anyone attempting to do so will also be refused entry.

#NoHomeKit campaign

We will once again be supporting Shelter's #NoHomeKit campaign, helping raise awareness and funds toward combating the homelessness crisis in the UK. The Stones will be in our yellow away kit for Boxing Day's home match.

And last but not least We sincerely hope that both sets of fans enjoy the game!
