STATEMENT: Wealdstone FC Confirms Lease Extension At The Vale

WEALDSTONE FC'S Board of Directors is delighted to announce that the club's future at Grosvenor Vale has been secured by the signing of a new lease expiring on May 31, 2036.

With Heads Of Terms having been signed back in June 2025, work towards the signing of a fuller document has continued unabated. The new agreement will meet the recently-introduced tenure requirements of both The National League and The English Football League.

It should be noted that the lease contains strong incentives for the club to vacate the site by May 31, 2031 - allowing Wealdstone FC the time to continue its firm focus on developing plans for a long-term future elsewhere within the Borough of Hillingdon.

Signed earlier today by Director Quentin Fox, the club's legal counsel, on behalf of Wealdstone Football Club (2000) Ltd, the lease document was signed by Murtaza Gulamhusein, President of landlords KSIMC (The Khoja Shia Ithnaasheri Muslim Community of London Trust).

The Board is most grateful to KSIMC for extending the lease and enabling the club to meet the National League’s tenure requirements whilst it considers broader plans for the future.
