MATCHDAY INFO | Maidstone United (H)

Wealdstone are in Vanarama National League action on Tuesday night hosting basement side Maidstone United.

Following the impressive performance on Saturday against Altrincham, Wealdstone will be looking for back-to-back victories for the first time since November.

Meanwhile, the other Stones (Maidstone) are without a league win in 15 games and 11 points from safety at the bottom of the table will be desperate to pick up three points.

Here is a quick matchday guide as to what to expect….

Turnstiles

Turnstiles will open at 6:45PM and we kindly ask all supporters – home and away – to arrive early to ensure you are in the ground in plenty of time for the 7:45PM Kick Off.

This match will be soft segregated with Maidstone supporters allocated the Hawthorn Terrance for standing and blocks one and two of the MODU Stand for seating.

Maidstone supporters must use the away turnstiles which are clearly signposted at the entrance to Grosvenor Vale.

Wealdstone supporters should enter via the home turnstiles but will have access to all areas of the ground except the Hawthorne Terrace, including the seats in blocks 3 and 4 of the MODU Stand and standing in the SHOTS Stand.

Clubhouse

The Vale Social Club within The Grosvenor Vale Stadium Complex will be open to both Wealdstone and Maidstone supporters pre match all of whom are invited to sample some of the fine beverages on sale all at competitive prices.

There are no restrictions on entry to The Vale but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The bar will be open from 6PM. Post-match, The Vale will remain open with the Man of the Match award to be presented in the Main Hall at around 10:15PM.

Refreshments

A full food menu provided by our award-winning match day caterers DDs is available to all supporters and a wide range of options are offered.

Tickets for Ukrainian families

Following the recent announcement of our partnership with Hillingdon Council to provide free tickets to displaced Ukrainian families living in the borough we will also be welcoming more recipients of the tickets and we know both sets of fans will make the families welcome and enjoy the experience.

Tickets

Tickets will be available to purchase online and at the turnstiles for both Wealdstone and Maidstone fans and both cash and credit cards are accepted.

However, a large attendance is expected so we encourage all fans to purchase online in advance to minimise queuing time at the turnstile.

Programme

The award winning matchday programme will be available to purchase at the Entrance to Grosvenor Vale site and at various points outside the stadium and the club shop will be open.

Car Parking & Public Transport

Parking is street only or at various public car parks nearby, we encourage all fans to travel to the game by public transport.

Grosvenor Vale has great access to local railway and underground stations: Ruislip and Ruislip Manor are both on the Metropolitan Line and Piccadilly Line; whilst West Ruislip and Ruislip Gardens are on the Central Line. West Ruislip is also on the Chiltern Main line out of London Marylebone. Ruislip station & Ruislip Manor are just over 5 minute walk away from Grosvenor Vale, while Ruislip Gardens is around a 10 minute walk.

Parking

Access to parking at the Grosvenor Vale Stadium is limited to Wealdstone players and officials only. Any vehicle attempting to gain access to the stadium who has not had prior authorisation by the club's General Manager will be turned away. There is also no access or parking for supporter coaches.

Access to Grosvenor Vale for authorised vehicles will cease at 7:15PM with the entire area becoming pedestrianised to allow fans on foot to arrive safely to the stadium.

And last but not least, we sincerely hope that both sets of fans enjoy the game!
