LOAN NEWS | Freckleton recalled by Blades

Defender Miguel Freckleton has been recalled from his loan spell prematurely by parent club Sheffield United.

The youngster immediately impressed at The Vale, playing the full 90 minutes on his debut, keeping a clean sheet against free-scoring Wrexham in a 0-0 draw.

In total he made 14 appearances at the Stones, scoring his first professional goal in a 2-1 win over York City.
