STONES FAMILY MATCHDAY: Kids £1 For Home Opener

KIDS for a quid with access to a dedicated Family Fun Zone included - what better way to kick off the new season at The Vale!

Everyone's welcome to the club's first dedicated 'Stones Family Matchday' on Saturday August 15, when Harrogate Town are the visitors for a 3.00pm start at The Vale in the Enterprise National League season 2026/27.

Once an Adult or Concession (which includes EPL/EFL Season Ticket holders) ticket is selected online, you can add up to four Under-16s at the princely sum of just £1 each.

Families supporting the Stones can choose between covered standing and covered seating accommodation on the day at the 'top' end of the stadium, fully stewarded by our safety team.

This family-first offer includes admission to a brand-new 'Family Fun Zone', just behind Dd's main catering outlet to the left of The Vale clubhouse, open from 1pm with a number of child-friendly games & activities, set to the sound of a disco music playlist.

Fully supervised and managed, the 'Family Fun Zone' will be in clear sight from the parental oasis of a mobile bar set-up nearby, allowing pre-match refreshments to be taken while the kids have a great time.

Car parking (£5) for the grass fields at The Vale can be booked online too, which makes it a really convenient day out for everyone.

The 'Stones Family' is one of four different designations of matchdays for the year ahead at The Vale; all of which are aimed at growing the supporter base towards 'Target 2K' - the club's push to be regularly welcoming over 2,000 Stones' fans on home matchdays.

Will we get there straight away? Almost certainly not - but you'll be able to keep track of progress as we'll be declaring home ticket sales for each game as part of the overall attendance figure.

Standard Matchday Ticket Prices 2026/27

• Adults £20

• Concessions £15 - including EPL/EFL Season Ticket Holders, Seniors aged 65+, Armed Forces, Blue Light workers, Mature Students

• Young Adults (17-23 years) £10

• Juniors 16 & Under £5

For Seating Tickets (available online in advance only), add £2 to the above. Buying your ticket online in advance is the cheapest way of purchasing on a match-by-match basis. You can do this right up until kick-off - even if you've already arrived at The Vale.

Standing tickets are available in-person on matchdays, either via the Ticket Office outside the turnstiles or at the turnstiles themselves. These incur a £3 surcharge compared to buying online.
