Wealdstone Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of 24-year-old forward Marcus Day, following a successful trial in pre-season!

Day came through the youth ranks at his hometown club, Bristol City, playing for their under-18 and under-23 teams and going out on loan to Paulton Rovers during his time at Ashton Gate.

Following his departure from the Championship club, he joined Bristol Manor Farm in 2020.

After impressing with the Portwaymen during the 2020/21 season, the versatile attacker earned a move to the Cymru Premier League with Barry Town.

Day made 35 appearances for Barry, scoring six goals, before returning to Bristol Manor Farm for six months and then moving to AFC Totton.

After winning the Southern League Division One South with Totton, Day joined Taunton Town ahead of the 2023/24 campaign.

He made 27 appearances for the Peacocks whilst also spending time out on loan at Frome Town, where he scored twice in eight games.

The 24-year-old joined the Robins on a permanent deal in the summer of 2024, but his spell with the club was short-lived as he soon moved to Tiverton Town, where he spent the remainder of last season.
