Wealdstone Football Club are thrilled to announce the signing of 18-year-old centre-back Eddy Nsasi, who arrives at Grosvenor Vale on an initial 28-day loan from Fulham!
He is described by his parent club as a player who "enjoys the basics of defending”, and he has experience in the England youth setup.
The defender joined the Cottagers when he was just eight years old. He quickly rose through the ranks to get selected in an under-18 squad which played in the FC Aesch U19 Tournament in Switzerland when he was just 14 years of age.
He made his debut for the under-21s side in the Premier League Cup during the 2023/24 season, before going on to play 29 times for the under-21s last campaign.
Although he has not yet made his senior debut, Nsasi has already developed extensive experience in men’s football via the Vertu Trophy and National League Cup.
He made the second-most defensive contributions in Fulham under-21s’ matches against Truro City and Gillingham, and won 100% of his ground duels against Sutton United.
Welcome to the Vale, Eddy!
The deal is subject to the usual FA and League approval process.
