Wealdstone Football Club are delighted to announce the signing of striker Olufela Olomola, who is returning to Grosvenor Vale for his second spell with the Stones!
Olomola is a versatile forward who has maintained a strong relationship with his former Stones team mates, as well as the club itself.
The powerful frontman spent a large amount of time at Southampton in his youth, featuring regularly for their under-18s and under-21s sides alongside the likes of former Barcelona and Juventus centre-back Martin Cáceres.
He made one first-team appearance for the Saints in the EFL Cup before spending the first half of his final season at the club on loan with Yeovil Town. Olomola scored seven times in 21 appearances for the Glovers.

Scunthorpe United was the striker’s home for the next three years, though he only ever made 13 appearances for the Iron.
During his time contracted to Scunthorpe, Olomola spent more time on loan at Yeovil Town, and he also had a stint with Carlisle United.
After a spell at Hartlepool United, and even more time on loan with Yeovil, the London-born man began his first stint at Grosvenor Vale in the summer of 2022.
It was at the Vale where Olomola really began to make his mark on men’s football. He netted nine times in 41 games during the 2022/23 season, before moving to Bromley in October 2023.

The 28-year-old scored 10 times and made 4 assists in just 27 National League games for the Ravens as they earned an historic promotion to the EFL via the play offs, including an appearance at Wembley in the play off final.
He spent last season with Bromley in League Two, making 22 appearances across all competitions for the club in their debut EFL campaign.
This summer, Olomola spent time trialing with the Stones during pre-season, whilst also attending the PFA training camp, perhaps most notably scoring a brace in their friendly against Solihull Moors.
Olomola takes the no.9 shirt, which he formerly owned during his previous spell at the club.
