Wealdstone Football Club and KSIMC of London (Hujjat) have signed a new community partnership which secures the Club’s future at its Grosvenor Vale home and marks the start of a shared journey to foster friendship, celebrate community spirit and build lasting connections through the power of sport.
At the heart of this partnership is a new agreement between the two organisations, in which the club and The KSIMC of London (Hujjat) have signed Heads of Terms for a rolling six-year lease. This new lease, to be formally signed within the next six weeks, meets the National League and English Football League (EFL) requirements for security of tenure, ensuring Wealdstone FC’s viability at its home in Ruislip whilst the club continues to work on its ambition for a new stadium at Freezeland Way in Hillingdon.

This landmark agreement, which ensures Wealdstone FC’s continued presence in the London Borough of Hillingdon, was announced at Grosvenor Vale today (Wednesday 25th June) with Danny Beales MP. Beyond football, the partnership shares a broader mission - bringing local people together through shared values, inclusivity, and pride in our area. The KSIMC of London (Hujjat), part of the Khoja community, brings with it a longstanding tradition of charitable giving and civic responsibility, with a core belief that football, like faith, can be a force for unity.
The partnership will see joint events and youth initiatives designed to strengthen local ties, engage young people, and support grassroots sport. As two organisations rooted in service and community, both Wealdstone FC and The KSIMC of London (Hujjat) are committed to making Grosvenor Vale a vibrant focal point for local charities, businesses, and residents.

“This partnership is about more than just football,” said Murtaza Gulamhusein, President of The KSIMC of London (Hujjat). “It’s about creating a warm, welcoming space for everyone - families, residents, and football fans alike. Football unites us, and our collaboration with Wealdstone FC shows what’s possible when we build bridges and open doors.”
Wealdstone FC Vice-Chairman Dominic Whyley welcomed the news: “The Board of Directors at Wealdstone FC are absolutely delighted to have reached this important agreement with The KSIMC of London (Hujjat). The signing of the Heads of Terms for a new lease marks a crucial step in securing the long-term future of the Club at Grosvenor Vale and we are incredibly appreciative of the support and commitment The KSIMC of London (Hujjat) have shown - not just to Wealdstone FC, but to the wider community we both serve.
Wealdstone has always stood for local pride and opportunity. Our future here at Grosvenor Vale and in the National League is now secure, and thanks to the partnership with The KSIMC of London (Hujjat), we are in a stronger position to support young people and open our doors wider than ever.”

This agreement reflects the strong, shared commitment to community values that have underpinned discussions between the two organisations. The lease not only provides long-term stability for the club but also demonstrates The KSIMC of London (Hujjat) clear intent to support and invest in the local area. Both parties have embraced a collaborative approach throughout, recognising the opportunity to build something long-lasting and inclusive together.
There is shared appreciation for the constructive spirit in which the agreement was reached. Special thanks are due to the subgroup of Wealdstone FC Directors, led by Quentin Fox, with the support of Nick Symmons and Dominic Whyley, for their dedicated work on this process.
The signing of the Heads of Terms is a pivotal step and both organisations welcome the commitment to finalise and sign the full lease within the next six weeks. This forthcoming agreement will be a formal expression of the long-term partnership and shared belief in the value of sport, community and collaboration.
