TRAE COOK-APPIAH JOINS HEMEL HEMPSTEAD TOWN

National League South side Hemel Hempstead Town FC have signed Stones forward Trae Cook-Appiah on a permanent deal for an undisclosed fee.

Trae joined the Stones in February of this year from Walton & Hersham, making just the solo appearance off the bench in a 1-1 draw away at Woking, before going on loan to Slough Town. His loan proved a huge success, scoring five goals in just eight appearances, including an audacious overhead kick against Taunton Town.

Joining back up with the Stones first-team this summer, Trae featured plenty throughout the pre-season campaign. His 90th minute goal against Millwall U21s saw the Stones come away with a 3-2 win on the day.
