STATEMENT | Live Streaming

Our first National League Match Live Stream was broadcast from The Vale on Tuesday evening and although the large majority of feedback was good, there were issues identified in a detailed post-production review.

We apologise to anyone who was impacted by these issues and we are taking action to resolve them. The improvements are in progress now, the most significant of which is a upgrade of our streaming provider.

The provider hosting the stream last night had been tested at our pre-season matches, however the number of viewers for this match was significantly higher than anticipated, resulting in changes being forced on the stream to ensure it was not overloaded.

The key upgrades will be in place for our home match against Wrexham this Saturday, with further upgrades planned over the following weeks to ensure the resources are in place to deal with the increased demand. We thank everyone for their continued support in these challenging times.
