SPECTATOR INFO | BARNET (H)
Its derby day at Grosvenor Vale as Wealdstone return to National League action on Saturday against our London neighbours Barnet in a match sponsored by Rolfe East. A bumper crowd is expected as The Stones look to build on the impressive point earnt at Forest Green.
Things you need to know:
As a reminder with the game being broadcast live on DAZN the kickoff time has been moved to 5.30pm.
Turnstiles will open at 4.15pm and we kindly ask all supporters – home and away – to arrive early to ensure you are in the ground in plenty of time for kick off. Supporters who arrive late will have to queue to gain entry at the turnstiles and will risk missing kick off.
The match will be segregated with Barnet supporters allocated the MODU stand for seating and the Hawthorne Terrace & Shots Stand for standing. Barnet fans must enter the stadium through the away turnstiles which are clearly signposted at the entrance to Grosvenor Vale.
We encourage all fans to purchase tickets in advance where prices are lower but any Barnet supporters who wish to purchase a ticket at the ground should purchase one at the away turnstile.
Food & Drink:
The Vale Club within The Grosvenor Vale Stadium Complex will be open to only Wealdstone supporters. There are no restrictions on entry to The Vale but children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The bar will be open from 2.30pm and remain open after the game.
A full food menu provided by our award-winning match day caterers DDs is available to all supporters and a wide range of options are offered. Barnet supporters are encouraged to use the catering unit within the Stadium rather than the unit positioned at the entrance to Grosvenor Vale, the food options available are the same at both units.
Match Tickets will be available to purchase at the home turnstiles for Wealdstone fans and both cash and credit cards are accepted.
We encourage all fans to purchase online in advance where tickets can be purchased for a discount and to minimise queuing time at the stadium.
The award winning matchday programme will be available to purchase at the entrance to the Grosvenor Vale site and at various points outside the stadium.
Both The KELME Club Shop and the Supporters Club Shop will be fully stocked and open pre match, half time and at the end of the match.
Tickets for Schools & Mascots:
We are delighted to welcome the families of Bishop Ramsey School who are the latest recipients of free tickets as part of the clubs “Tickets for Schools” initiative. We are also welcoming Mascots from both St Bernadette’s Primary School in Kenton and The Wealdstone Youth Soccer School. We hope you all enjoy your day.
Car Parking & Public Transport:
Ample parking is available at Grosvenor Vale for a fee of £5 and the car park will be open from 2.30pm. Access to the Grosvenor Vale Car Park for all vehicles will cease at 5.00pm with the entire area becoming pedestrianised to allow fans on foot to arrive safely to the stadium.
Fans planning to drive are reminded that Grosvenor Vale sits within the expanded ULEZ zone.
Grosvenor Vale has great access to local railway and underground stations: Ruislip and Ruislip Manor are both on the Metropolitan Line and Piccadilly Line. Please note on Saturday there is a rail replacement bus service operating on both the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines so please allow extra time for your journey.
West Ruislip and Ruislip Gardens are on the Central Line. West Ruislip is also on the Chiltern Main line out of London Marylebone. Ruislip station & Ruislip Manor are just over 5 minute walk away from Grosvenor Vale, while Ruislip Gardens is around a 10 minute walk.
For fans who chose to drive and park in local residential side streets, please park legally, do not block driveways and keep off the curb. Always ensure there is space for emergency vehicles if they need to get access to any side streets.
