SHAREHOLDERS INVITED TO EXPRESS INTEREST IN POTENTIAL SHARE SALE

As per our announcement on Wednesday 10th September 2025 regarding an approach from Nick Semaca, a prospective new investor, Nick has also expressed interest in acquiring existing shares in Wealdstone Football Club (2000) LTD.

As part of this process, all current shareholders have been invited to indicate whether they would be interested in exploring the possibility of selling some or all of their shares.

An Expression of Interest Form has been circulated to shareholders via email, which will allow the Club to gauge the level of interest. This can also be downloaded HERE.

It is important to note that this is not a binding commitment, it is simply the first step in understanding shareholder appetite.

The Board will keep shareholders and supporters updated as matters progress.
