Wealdstone make it three wins from their first three League games after a late win at the Laithwaite Community Stadium.
Max Kretzschmar put the Stones ahead from the spot, 11 minutes, in before Olly Sanderson levelled the score with a header early into the second-half.
Subsititute Nathan Tshikuna was on hand to smash the ball into the bottom corner to give the Stones the lead in the 85th minute.
Sam Cox made just two changes to the side that beat Halifax Town on Saturday. Dom Hutchinson and Alfie Massey come into the XI, replacing Micah Obiero and Dylan Kadji.
A scrappy start to the game saw the both teams looking to get a hold of the match and calm things down.
With such a presence from set-pieces in recent weeks, the Stones looked to utilise every opportunity from a dead ball.
Whipping a ball in from a corner, in the 11th minute, the home side were unable to contain the run of the towering Deon Woodman, bringing him down and leaving the referee with no choice but to point to the spot.
Calm as ever, Kretzschmar was on hand to bury the spot-kick into the bottom left corner and wheel away in celebration.
With the Stones on the board, the began began to liven up significantly. Despite Wealdstone's general dominance in possession, the hosts were able to threaten on the break.
Harry Beautyman played a fizzing ball across the box, narrowly missing the run of Olly Sanderson at the far post.
Five minutes later, a loose pass from the Stones midfield played Sanderson through with just Baptiste to beat, but the Stones keeper held his nerve to deny and hold the eventual effort.
The Stones looked to create more chances of their own. Sean Adarkwa picked the ball up on the edge of the area, curling one into the arms of Craig Ross.
Ten minutes later, Cox's side looked to utilise their set pieces once more. Hutchinson received the ball on the edge of the area, took and on his man and rifled one towards goal, with a slight deflection taking the ball narrowly wide of the post.
With just seconds to go until the break, a looping ball found Matt Ward at the back post, who headed the ball down off the post and into the side-netting.
Five minutes after the break, a huge chance fell the way of the Stones. A loose back-pass, this time from Woking, allowed Massey to slip in Kretzschmar, who's toe-poked effort forced a reaction save out of Ross.
Breaking up the Stones dominant start to the second-half, a quick break down the left and a brief scramble saw the ball flicked up into the path of Sanderson, who guided his header past Baptiste to level the scores.
With the Stones shaken up from the equaliser just minutes before, the visitors looked to pounce. Another cross found the head of Sanderson, but with the ball angling towards the back of the net, Baptiste pulled out an incredible outstretched save to tip the ball out for a corner.
A scramble in the box for Neil Ardley's side created an opportunity for the hosts. A fortunate deflection found Ward at the back-post, who connected sweetly with the ball, only to be denied by a sliding block from Deon Woodman.
Once more from a set-piece, 80 minutes in, the Stones created more opportunities. The ball looped into the path of Anthony Georgiou, who's header forced a diving save out of Ross with the ball heading into the bottom corner.
With just five minutes left, the Stones looked desperate to take the lead late on. A blocked shot from Alfie Massey fell perfectly into the on-rushing substitute Tshikuna, on the edge of the box, who connected sweetly and smashed the ball into the bottom corner to give Cox's side the lead.
Surviving a late push from the home side, Wealdstone came away with a win on the road to make it three wins out three in the League.
Next up for the Stones, a 17:30 kick off at Grosvenor Vale when we face Carlisle United in the Enterprise National League.
WEALDSTONE XI: Baptiste, Cook, Georgiou, Mussa (Kadji 63'), Woodman, Boldewijn, Kretzschmar (Tshikuna 75'), Hutchinson, Massey, Adarkwa (Obiero 63'), Tiensia (Chinedu 88').
