Precautionary pitch inspection planned before Chelmsford City fixture

There will be a precautionary pitch inspection before Tuesday night's National League South fixture against Chelmsford City at The Vale.

Groundsmen have been working night and day to have the pitch ready for this evening. With rain forecast in the afternoon, a pitch inspection will take place by the match officials at around 4:30pm.
