FA TROPHY MATCHDAY GUIDE: Key Info For Your Vale Visit

A warm welcome to The Vale!
That's our matchday mantra - whether you're Wealdstone or Marine, whether you never miss a match here or a first-time visitor.
Those attending are very likely to be part of a ground record attendance at The Vale, with one team bound for Wembley Stadium at the end of the afternoon.
There is a hell of a lot of reading matter below; there's no way round it, really.
And some of it is different to what Vale regulars might recognise as a usual home matchday, so please pick your way through over a cuppa if you can.
We've broken it down into sections with headings, so that it can be more easily digested and shared.
If you've any further questions after reading what's below, feel free to email tickets@wealdstonefc.com and we'll aim to respond to you by 4.00pm today (Friday March 27).

THE BARE ESSENTIALS
Wealdstone FC v Marine FC in The Isuzu FA Trophy Semi-Final at The Vale, Grosvenor Vale, Ruislip HA4 6JQ - 3.00pm ko
TRAVEL & PARKING
The Vale entrance is located within a residential area at the far end of Grosvenor Vale - just over a crossroads with Cranley Drive. It is very well served by public transport.
Train
The nearest London Underground stations are Ruislip Manor and Ruislip on the Uxbridge branch of the Metropolitan Line & Piccadilly Line, both between 5-10 mins walk from The Vale. Ruislip Gardens, on the Central Line, is around a 15-minute walk from The Vale.
The Transport For London website (tfl.gov.uk) is currently reporting a planned closure on the Metropolitan Line between Wembley Park and Aldgate - to the east of the Ruislip options, relevant if coming from central London.
Their specific 'Status Updates' page is updated live 24/7 so is one to check on matchday before travel. Click HERE to access.
National Rail services call at West Ruislip and South Ruislip on the Chiltern Line, with both stations a longer walk away.
Bus
The E7 service stops at the end of Grosvenor Vale, while services which call at Ruislip Station include the 114, 278, 331, 398, H13, U1 and U10.
Car
The main entrance gates provide the only means of accessing the site, so with SatNavs set on the stadium postcode, congestion is likely within surrounding roads.
Up to 200 car park spaces on the grass fields within The Vale site are being offered for purchase at £5 per space.
Cars can enter between 12noon and 1.30pm, when the vehicle gates will close and no further access will be possible.
Please only book a space if you are able to arrive before 1.30pm. Click HERE to purchase.
Note: cars inside The Vale site will be held back for at least 15 minutes to ensure safe exit for supporters on foot.
Elsewhere, there are no matchday parking restrictions, but we ask all supporters to park considerately off of kerbs and driveways - especially where roads narrow, with emergency services in mind.
Local free and paid-for parking options can be found at Parkopedia for HA4 postcode by clicking HERE.
FOOD & DRINKS
Marine FC supporters have been allocated J.J. Moons pub, right outside Ruislip Manor tube station, a short walk from The Vale. It has been designated as an away pub and will offer a warm welcome to travelling fans.
At The Vale, the bars inside the clubhouse will open at 12noon. Due to capacity limits, the clubhouse is for use by Wealdstone supporters only.
At the same time, an external bar area with capacity for up to 300 supporters will be open on the grass area behind Dds next to the Supporters Club shop. Both sets of fans are welcome to use this facility pre-match.
These mobile bars will be serving Cruzcampo, San Miguel, Thatchers and Guinness - all of which at £5 per pint. There will also be a limited range of soft drinks available outside.
Inside the clubhouse, the pricing is as above with the addition of Moretti and Icebreaker both at £6 per pint.
A full food menu, provided by our award-winning matchday caterers Dds, will be available to supporters from three places: the large truck just inside the entrance gates and two smaller units inside the stadium - one each serving Wealdstone and Marine fans respectively.
CLUB SHOPS & MATCHDAY PROGRAMMES
Both the Wealdstone FC Kelme Club Shop - immediately as you enter The Vale - and the WFC Supporters Club shop, located just beyond Dds main catering truck near to the outside bar area, will be open as usual on matchday pre-match, at half-time and again briefly after full-time.
Stones' award-winning Matchday Programme, priced at just £3, will be on sale as you approach The Vale and inside the site, including at the club shops, but not within the stadium itself. Packed with exclusive content written especially for a special matchday, don't miss out on your edition as they're certain to sell out!
TICKETS & STADIUM ACCESS
Tickets
This is an all-ticket, fully-segregated fixture. That means tickets are only available to buy online. There will be no sales of tickets in-person at The Vale - either from the ticket booth or at the turnstiles.
Turnstiles will open at 1.30pm. We ask all supporters to enter the stadium in good time, to avoid queues nearer to the scheduled 3.00pm kick-off time.
Due to limited available facilities on matchday, reprints, refunds and resales will not be available.
Each ticket has a unique QR code which should be presented on your mobile phone at your designated access point. If you prefer, please print off the QR code from the purchase confirmation email and present a paper version instead.
This QR code cannot be duplicated, so access will be denied if more than one copy of a ticket is used.
Stadium Access
Visiting Marine supporters have been allocated the MODU Stand for seating and the Hawthorn Terrace for standing. Please head for Turnstile C once through the entrance gates at The Vale, by walking up the hardstanding pathway in between Dds catering truck and the main clubhouse.
Wealdstone supporters will need to use the Turnstile relevant to their ticket purchase:
- Clubhouse Side Standing: Turnstile 1 at the main entrance
- Ruislip Windows & Doors Stand, Behind The Goal Standing and Standing Main Stand Side: Turnstiles 2, 3 & 4 at the main entrance
- Shots Stand and Side Terrace (Gun Turret Corner): Turnstile D, following the same route as visiting fans above.
Please have your tickets ready for scanning. Keep your bags (ideally no bigger than a small handbag) and coats on your person. There is no need to take items out of your pocket(s) unless instructed to do so by our security team. All supporters entering the stadium will be subject to a screening process involving either a visual or physical search.
Once in the stadium, exit to The Vale's clubhouse and outdoor facilities will only be possible at half-time.
This match is segregated, so any supporters who've purchased tickets for opposition areas will be refused entry and no refund will be given. If you've mistakenly purchased a ticket in the opposition area, please email tickets@wealdstonefc.com for a refund upon cancellation.
Children under the age of 14, will only be granted access to the stadium alongside a responsible adult aged 18 or over. The lower age limit for unaccompanied minors is 14.
Supporters aged 14 & 15 wishing to attend games unaccompanied by an adult should send a scanned & completed Consent Form to tickets@wealdstonefc.com. This must be completed prior to matchday, and can be accessed HERE.
The club's full Matchday Safety Policy is available online. Click HERE to access this.
ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR
On what is a big day in the history of both Wealdstone FC and Marine FC, everyone is reminded to show their support in a way which is positive, helping ensure an enjoyable matchday for all those attending.
Nobody should be at risk of harm at a football match. Tough measures and sanctions are in place across all English football leagues to tackle dangerous and illegal behaviours within football grounds, such as discriminatory behaviour, entering the pitch, using pyros and throwing objects.
The very small number of individuals who engage in these acts are reminded that identification could lead to automatic club bans and police action.
As well as our commitment to 'HER GAME TOO', Wealdstone FC is also committed to promoting the 'Love Football, Protect the Game’ campaign; working with other clubs, police forces and all relevant authorities to keep matchday environments safe.
Play your part on Saturday - and have a fantastic time with us here at The Vale!
