International round-up

Wealdstone's Alex Dyer, Sam Howes and Ashley Charles have all been involved in international duty the past week with mixed results for all three players.

Alex Dyer played twice for Montserrat in the CONCACAF Nations League, losing 4-0 to Haiti at home and drawing 0-0 with Guyana in Barbados. Dyer maintained his joint-record of most caps, which now stands at 24, teammate Dean Mason also played twice so Dyer remains tied with the defender on most Emerald Boys appearances.

Stones keeper Sam Howes also played the majority of the game for England 'C' against Wales 'C', keeping a clean sheet in a 1-0 win in Altrincham. The match earned Howes his first England 'C' cap.

Meanwhile back in the CONCACAF Nations League, Ashley Charles didn't play against the USA in a 7-1 defeat for the Spice Boys at the Kirani James Stadium in St George's. The American side included Premier League stars Christian Pulisic, Weston McKennie and Brenden Aaronson among the scorers for the States.

All three players are now back with the club.
