Wealdstone Legends vs QPR Legends confirmed

We are delighted to announce that Wealdstone Legends will take on QPR Legends in the Gordon Bartlett / Leo Morris Charity Shield. The match takes place on Sunday 14 July at Grosvenor Vale, will raise funds for WFC Foundation Trust and QPR Trust and is also to recognise the service provided to Wealdstone Football Club by Gordon and Leo for over 20 years.

The WFC Foundation Trust and QPR Trust deliver valuable work in their local communities working with schools, disadvantaged groups and promoting inclusivity.

Marc Bircham will bring a strong QPR side down to The Vale to face a Wealdstone side that will include a large number of players from the 2014 title winning season. 

This should ensure some exciting names from both clubs and more details will be provided in due course. Admission for the game will be £5 for Adults, £2 for Concessions & Under-18s and FREE for Under-14s. Kick-off is at 2pm.

Players will be available for photos and autographs. More details of the event and the respective squads will be made available via social media in the coming weeks.
