As the business end of the season approaches, Ruislip Social Club will donate 50p from every pint sold at the club in February to the Wealdstone FC playing budget.  The club is hoping that everyone will support this by making a special effort to make use of the social club during the month and encouraging others to do the same.

The target is to sell 5,000 pints in the month which would generate a donation of £2,500 to the playing budget for the final push.  We are also selling virtual pints for those supporters who are too far away, too young.  We have a target of 500 pints and details of how to buy a virtual pint for 50p will be released soon.  Hitting both these targets will raise the donation to £2,750. If you can’t down to the club you can still your bit by following this link

There are four Stones home games in February and the all-conquering ladies team are at home at least twice in February and we also live music and televised Premiership football.  The club is urging supporters and users of the club to make an extra effort to enjoy a beer in the social club before or after a game but also think about bringing others along to watch a live game or have a beer before going off out somewhere else.

The music gigs in the month include The Strange Door, Michael Buble, Bravado (Rush), Fleetwood Bac, TWO special Floyd Effect gigs, plus Ian Parker.  Check out  for details.

There is also visiting Swansea City fans enjoying the unique Vale hospitality ahead of the League Cup final at Wembley on Sunday 24 February which is an opportunity to help the campaign.

The plan is to issue a weekly update on how the fund is building and all you have to do to support this is come down for a pint or two (or a virtual pint) sometime.

Wealdstone FC and Ruislip Social Club fully supports responsible drinking at all times and provides details of taxi services to and from the The Vale .
