'It's a long time since the Manager of the month award has come my way and although it has my name on it, I feel it's more about the recognition of the hard work and dedication shown by all the staff and players during the first half of the season. It's a good way to finish 2009, but we must now concentrate and build on these foundations and then hopefully, I might pick up the award again at the end of April. That normally means your team have been successful and that's what it's all about.'
