Youngster Dean McDonnell signed first team forms for the Stones after his impressive performance for the reserves on Monday night in the Capital League President’s Cup 4-0 win over Harrow Boro. James Duncan from Stanmore college was delighted for Dean who has been excellent in youth team matches throughout the season and this is just reward for his effort and application.  First team manager Gordon Bartlett also added his praises  ‘this is a reward for the way Dean has developed as the season has progressed’

Meanwhile Sean Cronin has opted to go out on loan to Ryman Premier League side Grays (and link up with a few ex Stones players). Gordon Bartlett said: ‘We totally understand Sean’s frustration at not playing at present. Sean really wants to finish the season well but we cannot guarantee him games so the best solution for all parties was a loan that also helps Mark Bentley in his quest for the play-offs.’
