Non League Day – 3rd September 2011: Wealdstone v Bury Town FC at The Vale

Non League Day at Wealdstone will again be an important community event this season following the enormous success of it’s launch last  year.

With England playing Bulgaria on Friday 2nd September, there are no Premier League or Championship fixtures on the corresponding weekend, meaning hundreds of thousands of fans are without a game to attend. Rather than miss out on a live match, Non-League Day aims to encourage  fans of these clubs to watch their local non-league side play, providing a much needed boost to grass roots football and an alternative  match day experience which many may be unfamiliar with.

Wealdstone will be at the home at The Vale, Ruislip, playing Bury Town on 3rd September, kick-off 3pm in an important Ryman League Premier  Division match and will be hoping to welcome many supporters of professional clubs and local residents who will be without a game. On  production of their current season ticket (not Bury Town supporters) at the turnstiles they will be able to get into the match for half price normal admission –  that’s only a fiver for Adults!

Additionally this year, Wealdstone FC will also offer holders of a Hillingdon First Card half price admission for this match – just show   your card at the turnstiles.
