Kentish Town v Wealdstone – Saturday 16th July

Kentish Town FC have announced that all proceeds taken on the day will be going to the NOAHS ARK HOSPICE for children with a short life span.

A KTFC Team of past players will be taking the field for the second half managed by Thomas Looney. Thomas said ” I have been asked by the club to put together a team for the second half of players who have played for KTFC since 2003 and I am delighted at the response that I have had and players like Tom Mcmullen,Chris Zanre, Lee Scott, Shaka Cole, Karim Essaighi, Aaron Hutchins have all agreed to take part with a few other surprises, so I am looking forward to the challenge.” Director Frank Zanre said ” It will be a great day for all involved and I hope as many people as possible turn up to support the event, even the officials have donated their fees on the day to the Charity, the admission will be £5.00, Children £1.00 and OAPS £1.00. It will be good to meet up with the ex-players and watch them in the KTFC colours again.” he went on to say “I would like to thank Wealdstone for supporting this event and also bringing a strong squad to Copthall, I must also thank GLL for their support and help, and it does go to show that people can work together for a good cause, it will be quite an emotional day for all involved.”

Wealdstone FC are delighted to support the Charity and hope that as many Stones fans as possible will travel to Copthall Stadium, Greenlands Lane, NW4 1RL.
