King joins from MK Dons

Wealdstone FC have signed David King on loan from League One outfit MK Dons.

David,19, was awarded his first professional contract with Dons in the summer of 2009 and signed a deal to stay at stadium MK for a year
beyond his apprenticeship. A tenacious midfield player with good energy and passing ability, Dons are now looking to develop his talents
with increased competitive playing experience following a period with Forest Green Rovers

6′ 1″ King is a versatile player and can play in central midfield, at centre-back or at right-back and has showed himself to be a committed player with excellent touch and vision. The deal with Stones is for an initial period of one month that could be extended to the
end of the current season.

Wealdstone have also announced that Colchester United player Sam Corcoran is returning to The U’s following the completion of his loan
spell and the club wishes him all the best as he pursues his professional ambitions at the Community Stadium.
