HA4 Quid Easter Promotion
Wealdstone Football Club is promoting a special match day admission offer for all Ruislip residents as part of its community programme. The club will reduce prices by 60% to anyone with an HA4 resident’s postcode when attending the Ryman Premier League match with Tonbridge at St George’s Stadium on Saturday 3 April 2010, kick-off 3pm.
Since moving to their new home base at Grosvenor Vale last season, Stones have been delighted at the response of the Ruislip public in supporting and welcoming the club. Attendances in the first season at Ruislip saw an increase of over 40%. This season has seen a further rise of 5%. This bucks the crowd trend in non league football and is something to be proud of. The team have done very well this season – reaching the FA Cup first round proper for the first time in over 20 years and they aim to clinch promotion in an exciting finale.
To qualify for this promotion, all HA4 residents need to do is produce a Drivers License or utility bill as proof of their HA4 address at the turnstiles to obtain admission to the match for under half price – £4. In addition, the 3rd April will also be designated a ‘Juniors Day’ when all affiliated Juniors Club Parents will also be able to attendthe match for £4. All children will receive an Easter egg.
Wealdstone FC Affiliate Club Manager Mark Lloyd said: ‘The club continues to develop links with the local community and looks forward to continuing these relationships in years to come. We are delighted with the response from Ruislip’s football supporting public which have greatly contributed to this season’s on and off pitch success.’
