Rotherham Utd match Info

Please accept our apologies for the delay in announcing our plans for the FA Cup 1st Round match v Rotherham United. As you may or may not be aware, in this current day and age, a non-league team drawn at home to league opposition in the FA Cup are required to stage a meeting with the Police, FA Representative, relevant Council Official and of course contact has to be made with the opposition. This all takes time.

I am pleased to be able to announce that the game will take place on Sunday November 8th 2009 with a 3pm kick off.

Tickets for the match will be priced at £15 for adult standing and £10 for concession standing. Seat prices are a flat £20.

Wealdstone fans will be able to sit in 2 areas. There is the main grandstand which is situated alongside the far touchline, opposite the clubhouse, and there will be a 500 seated temporary stand (uncovered) positioned at the Tea Bar end of the ground. This latter structure should provide a great view.

Although the match will not be all ticket, tickets will be on sale in advance of the match both on-line (£1 handling charge applies per ticket, by the weekend) and from the clubhouse and we would urge pre-purchase. If the match becomes a sell out then this will be announced.

Due to uncertainty with current postal deliveries the Club will not be sending tickets through the post; instead they will be available for collection on the day of the match.

As we have to get the tickets printed we are not yet in a position to be able to say when these will become available for personal callers. The club will make a further announcement in this respect shortly.

The club does anticipate a large demand for the seated areas so please purchase your tickets as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment.

It should be noted that Rotherham United have been allocated tickets for their supporters. Rotherham fans should therefore contact their own club in order to obtain tickets.
