Getting to the Ground

Post Code for Sat Nav lovers – HA6 4JQ

Public Transport – Met Line (to Ruislip) is running normal Sunday service as is the Central Line (Ruislip Gardens)

If arriving by car –

Main Car Park (Left Hand Side) – Reserved for Players, management team, match Officials, assessor, emergency services, disabled & Sponsors.

Main Car Park (Right hand side) – reserved for sponsors, press, security team.

Field Row 1 – reserved for match day helpers & Club officials (turnstile, programme sellers, catering, bar staff, etc )

Field rows 2-6 – open parking.

All cars entering the main site will be asked which category they fit into so they can be parked in an appropriate spot, please be patient as we deal with every one. We anticipate if every one parks neatly we will be able to get around 200 cars in the 5 rows we can use plus 100 in the reserved spots, we cannot however go beyond the line of the first Juniors pitch so not everyone is going to get in.

Once the car park and field are full it will be street parking only, please be guided by the stewards and police outside the ground as to where spaces are.

If we cannot use the field we will be restricted, obviously, to street parking only. All supporters are advised to arrive early to get their space either inside or ouside the ground and take advantage of the catering and bar facilites on site and create a good pre match atmosphere.

Whatever the situation come the day PLEASE, PLEASE remember that although this is a massive day for our club many local residents may not realise that we have a big game on (or in some cases even care) and will be enjoying a lazy Sunday and meal with their families. Respect our neighbours, do not park over drives or right on street corners restricting visibility. If there are any issues with residents, which we are confident there will not be, please do not get involved in any disputes and refer them to the stewards or police who will hopefully deal with any problems.

After the game please be patient as you all leave the area, again the stewards and police will ensure this is done as quickly and quietly as possible.

Ticket Collection/Sales

Follow the signs, please be patient and form an orderly queue at the respective Collection/Sales points, if collecting on-line ticket orders make sure you have a copy of your receipt.

Ticket collection/sales start at 12;30

Ticket sales cash only (no cheques or cards)

Refreshments

Club House will be open from around 10:00; a special licence has been applied for so you can enjoy a pint nice and early.

Hot food will be available from around lunchtime and throughout the afternoon from the Sports & Social Club. As well as inside the ground for Home fans

Please note that last orders before the game will be 14:30 – this will allow time to drink-up and get into the ground in good time for Kick-off.

The Bars will NOT be in operation at half-time; this is down to the large number of people who will be at the game and the potential logistical nightmare if just 25 % wanted a wet at half-time…… Normal service will be resumed post match

The Aquarium bar is being used as the Match Day Board Room; there are no plans to segregate  fans in the Sports & Social Club….

Match Day Programme

Please purchase a programme (£3 each) – always a good read, packed with plenty of info and pictures.
